two This house is an excellent location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Having said that, it can be in intense need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Former reviews outlined the outdoor spigot not working - it truly is still not working. Therefore the house got loads of sand in it.

The coffee table was damaged, two with the 3 plastic chairs outside were damaged. The house really could use a good power washing and that would make a major improvement to your deck. The house has so much potential it really is unfortunate to discover it getting run down. I absolutely loved the area, but when improvements aren't made would not hire house yet again. From the outside, the property looks a little “operate down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks of your neighboring properties, they would be well away from our price selection. The interior photos were being accurate and everything worked fine.
